Dr. Joel Lazaro - Calamba Doctors Hospital

For someone who needed help and frustrated about their loved one who has disability, I was expecting to be dealt with, with compassion. I don't know who picked up the phone when I called earlier, but it was a lady. I think it was his secretary or receptionist who was not very accommodating when she picked up the phone. She just asked what my concern was, so I said I needed to schedule my son for an appointment. She asked how old, I said 2 years old then she just said that Dr. Lazaro does not accept patients below 3 years old without any apologies whatsoever! It was kinda disappointing as I thought below 3 is the best age for therapy and has a much better chance of improvement. She just rejected my son without further explanations and when I asked if they can recommend someone else, she just told me to call Asian hospital. Okay b*tch! You succeeded in getting rid of me! Well done!
