“I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Poblete during my child's recent checkup. Unfortunately, he was not gentle with my child, who is already naturally fearful of doctors and procedures. Instead of providing comfort, he made comments that felt dismissive and out of touch, as if he knew my child personally. His short temper was apparent, which only added to my child's distress. During the procedure, my child was hurt, and despite our visit being focused on earwax removal, it was not addressed effectively. I would not recommend this doctor for children who need a more gentle and understanding approach.”
