Dr. Colina Colina is my ENT and Sleep doctor for years now. - Friendly and easy to talk with. - will answer literally(I provided lists) all your questions and will take time. Will always tell you, "naa pakay questions or concerns sir" Which is a ++. - Very important, will educate you on your illness. Explain things carefully. One of the best sleep doctor in Cebu. Dr. Colina healed the ear problem of my wife. Professional fee differs from Php 800 to Php 1,000 each time we go.
