Dr. Charles is by far the best ENT doctor I’ve encountered! He’s incredibly friendly, kind, and responsive. He truly cares about his patients, explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring I feel comfortable every step of the way. Not only is he a skilled surgeon, but he’s also been incredibly attentive in both my pre-surgery and post-surgery care. I will definitely stick with him as my ENT doctor. Dr. Charles Mendez is very competent, full of humility and very caring to his patients. My mother right now is under his care. He is very responsive to all our concerns and questions, always ready to patiently explain. He even works out something to accommodate the patient and perform procedures, despite his busy schedule, to help alleviate the patient's pain. We are very thankful to his kind of patient care.
