Dr. Carlos G. Naval

We have known Dr. Carlos Naval since 1991 when my older son who was a month old at that time was diagnosed with cataract. He saved my son from being illiterate. He matured well because he could see and had a normal education. At the age of 27, my son met him again for a surgery to replace his lens. My son proudly mentions Dr. Naval to whoever he meets because of the excellent job he did to him. My son with intra occular lens and hearing aides is now ndependent and confident. My son will always say, "Dr. Naval is the best doctor ever". I could not find a word for the help that you extended to Jake. Thank you and may you continue to help those in need.. Rani
