Doc Altimo was very professional and explained everything so clearly. He took the time to go over my condition in detail, giving me different options and scenarios of what could happen step by step. You can really tell he’s knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients. The secretary was also very chill, organized, and accommodating, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. By the way, I had a fishbone pulled out of my throat during my visit and though I was nervous, he assured me and made sure I felt calm and safe throughout the procedure. Everything was done carefully and efficiently. I truly appreciate how well everything was handled. Highly recommended!

Dr. Altimo and his secretary, Miss Ane, were extremely kind and helpful. My grandmother's hearing problem (due to an ear infection) was addressed because of them, and I can't thank them enough for their service. The clinic is clean, cool, and the waiting time was never too long. Definitely a 5/5 clinic.
