My wife had to have an emergency appendectomy here, the care provided was faultless from the nursing staff to the surgical team who were called in from home late at night. I've knocked 1 star off due to the lack of card payment facilities, cash only. It's not great having to find the cash at short notice with most cards having an ATM withdrawal limit. A payment card option would be much more convenient, even if a fee was added to cover bank charges

Staff are approachable and kind, nice environment. They may improve on speed and processing to lessen waiting time; and strict implementation of rules/standards, such as proper wearing of face mask and 1 patient : 1 bantay/family member policy to avoid crowded spaces and maintain social distancing.

A Filipino family's daughter was sick and came to the hospital for a dengue fever blood test. While submitting documents, an employee was sleeping at his desk during working hours. When I asked about the reception, the employee responded to the customer in an angry tone. It seems that the employees urgently need training in customer service.
