When you wanted service from them, don’t forget to bring your long thread of patience…hello, it’s the Philippines…right? Long queue without any numbers / organization at all except that your face needs to be recognized by the secretary, if not, you will be the last in line. The actual consultation takes up only 10mins but the wait especially if you are new, around more or less 3 hours. Yeah, that’s normal in the Philippines.
