Dr's and staffs are nice and kind from Jr Residents to Sr Residents especially to Chairman Dr Reynaldo Santos who is very kind enough for an Specialist to give clear advice and information...Thankfully for your presence at DOH Eamc eye center with TLC.! Doctors were very kind and approachable when we went here. They know how to communicate effectively with patients like me who feel so uncomfortable since it was my first time getting my eyes checked. I just don't know why this is different from other departments of East Ave? The treatment most of the time is very displeasing that you will hate yourself for being a patient. Sana malaman at matutunan din nila kung paano makitungo ang mga doktor sa eye center.
