“Went in for some simple skin shampoo and they gave me the shampoo. Simple and done. Thank you 👍”
“To all fur parents, please do READ this rating as well. Very bad rating from me.. We had our first dog way back 2014 (he was already 3 years old at that time. He died on 2022 and the only vet we go to is Cebu Veterinary Doctors here in LLC as well.) After our first dog died, we decided to visit this Vet Clinic for our 3 new dogs. Our dogs rarely gets sick so I would say the first few visits are alright. Last Wednesday, our male Labrador (1 year old and 5 months) got his lower lip bit by a mouse bc he decided to attack it. He got sick the week before that too but he recovered right away. My sister decided to bring him here in DoggyVerse to check on our dog. (with our past experiences in going to vets we already know some basics and have an idea to at least how much dosage of antibiotics we must let our dogs drink) My sister told us that all the veterinarian told her was to let our dog drink the SAME amound of ML with the number of his weight. Our dog wasn't even checked properly and just told my sister not to buy/feed medicine off of pet stores. Our dog wasn't even tested for his CBC. After going to the vet, we decided not to give our dog 9mL of antibiotics twice a day because we were really sure 9mL would be too much. It turns out we were right.. earlier this morning (6AM), we brought our dog to Cebu Veterinary Doctors instead for another check-up. The vet immediately tested for his CBC. His current platelet was 1 remaining when the normal range is supposed to be 140-520. We were also told he had a 50/50% chance on living. Cebu Vet immediately tested him and knew what was wrong with our dog. We were told what medicine he needed and we also bought everything right away. Earlier this noon, our dog passed away. Most of the medication bought were unopened as there's a specific time he should've been fed those. All I'm saying is, we think the staff/vets in here are not as accommodating and serious in helping us know whether our fur babies are in good state or not. As I scrolled down the reviews, I realized it isn't only us who experienced such things. Yes, it is good because the prices are cheap and overall experience as long as nothing serious happened to our pet is alright. We will be going back to Cebu Vet instead of DoggyVerse because of this bad experience.. it's honestly better to spend thousands and wait in a long line rather than finish earlier but not getting the check-up our pets need. Rest in peace to our kiatan dog. You will always be missed.”

(1 of 2) Do not use this business, look for a different vet and save yourself time and money. If I could give it 0 star I would, but it forced me to give a star to write this review. I went to this office starting in mid August wanting my cat to be spayed since we have a male cat also and obviously don't want more cats from them too. I told them I would be going on a trip in the near future and we talked about prices and a timeline for spaying, thought we were all set. I come back from my trip early October and then everything changed. Then there's an all new long list of steps before getting spayed, all them we could have started back in August and already had them completed and still on track for the timeline we wanted our cat to be spayed. We were on a strict timeline because our cat can get pregnant from our other cat, and we were also moved and it had to be done promptly. The staff knew this, yet still gave us information in bits and pieces only. They kept coming up with news steps when we would come, looking for anyway possible to delay things or refuse service. Even when we walk out of their with an appointment for the next step doing as they wish, they message later and change the appointment to further down the road without explanation. I can't wrap my head around a business who looks for reasons always on how to not accomplish something, rather than looking for ways we can get it done. After completion of all the steps that were added and it comes time for actual spaying, then they add another step of blood work and another step of confinement after spaying that was mentioned until this time. More pieces of information as we go, fine lets just get it done.
