The most friendly and professional staff of any veterinarian clinic I've been to. Took care of our dogs needs during recent illness and very helpful in navigating the care of our pregnant fur baby.

DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC WITH YOUR PET’S LIFE. My dog was admitted to Doc Johns Veterinary Clinic for four days. What should’ve been a second chance turned into a nightmare due to clear negligence, lack of communication, and a disturbing absence of proper care. Despite rising white blood cell counts (a basic indicator of possible infection), they failed to administer any antibiotics. Instead, they gave him omeprazole for his stomach and fluids. Nothing to treat the root cause. This is Veterinary Medicine 101, and they failed it. Updates? Only when I chased them down. And when they did respond, they kept telling me Cookie was “improving.” Then suddenly, he took a turn for the worse and still, no emergency action was taken. It felt like they were just waiting it out, not treating him. The clinic itself was visibly dirty, not what you’d expect from a professional medical environment. And the final, heartbreaking proof of how little care was given: when I saw Cookie’s body, his face hadn’t even been cleaned. Not even the dignity of basic cleanliness in death. This clinic was supposed to provide a second opinion. Instead, it gave me a final one, LOSS. If you value your pet’s life, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Doc Johns showed me exactly how NOT to treat a patient and I lost my best friend because of it.
