Really great service, doctors are very friendly, transparent, and easy to talk to. They also go through all available options to help your pet and only recommend admittance when necessary.

From the moment we walked in after 2 of my cat’s surgery, the staff and veterinarian showed incredible compassion, patience, and expertise. They took time to explain the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and even gave me written instructions and updates to help me feel confident caring for him at home. During the recovery, there were flare-ups and challenges, but every time I called or dropped by, they listened attentively and guided me calmly with clear, compassionate advice. Their holistic approach in treating both physical healing and emotional reassurance made all the difference. Another note is all doctors within the clinic communicate and coordinate with each other so even if you talk to a diff doctor, they know about the case and even know the things I shared with the other doctor. I brought 4 cats here and no regrets. 2 check-up and 2 surgery.

We rescued a kitten on April 11, 2022 and he hadn’t pooped since. He’s around three weeks old. We’ve been feeding him only milk and water, but his tummy started to swell over time and we got concerned since he never pooped, so we brought him to Doc John’s clinic. The services at this clinic were reasonably priced compared to other clinics I called. The cost of the medicines and vitamins was also fair. They examined and dewormed our baby, prescribed medication to help him poop and improve his digestive circulation, and gave him vitamins. They really took care of Spot during our visit. The doctor and staff were friendly and very accommodating! We’re so glad we found this clinic, especially since it’s close to our home. We’ve decided this will be Spot’s go-to from now on!
