Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Divine Mercy! You are absolutely God sent🙏 My very elderly dad needed urgent care, it was a very upsetting time for him and our family. We put our complete trust in this facility feeling very vulnerable and unsure that he will get the right help. He was very frail and wouldn’t eat which compounded his symptoms. The situation felt so hopeless. I am so grateful for the gentle, empathetic care & support my dad received from everyone in this facility. My dad is his normal self again. Divine Mercy staff are so professional, respectful & truly compassionate. They gave my dad the appropriate care he needed. We thoroughly felt reassured he was well looked after. We relied on good communication and they were very quick to respond to our queries, arranging video calls & facilitating regular visits. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. Above all the staff are excellent! From my first desperate phone call to Jane, I felt immediate comfort that my dad will be in the right hands.
