We were amazed by how natural their work looked, so we reached out for an online consultation (we’re not from Manila), and the process was incredibly smooth and easy. Dr. Dior took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answered all our questions. We felt confident moving forward with the treatment plan they prepared for each of us. Since we were only in the Philippines for a short visit, they went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule—even staying late until 12 MIDNIGHT to finish our treatment! The service and care we received was beyond 5-star—imagine the luxury of a five-star hotel, but at a dental clinic! Now if the service is 5-star rated, the results are infinity-star rated! I've been to dentists abroad, but none were able to address my underlying issues. I thought my chronic migraines were due to other factors—no medication ever helped. Little did I know that getting veneers (which I originally thought were just cosmetic) would change my life. My migraines are completely gone! And it doesn’t stop there—after the procedure, I visited my optometrist and was shocked to learn that my eyesight had improved by two grades. I never imagined dental care could have such a huge impact on my overall health. The only one star is for the associate who tried her best to work with my restorations for hours. If not for her this would be a zero star. I really would like to thank her and and dedication, I think her name is Kim. It would’ve been at five star if it was just her and her own dental clinic. I truly admire her for trying even if it she still still a failed to match the color and polish. Again Ms. Kim 5 star for the effort. For the hours that you tried and did not make me feel that it’s impossible. Really for trying! Kudos for that! I don’t usually give ratings, however the assistant during my restoration who was holding the suction for fluids made this whole experience feel like a torture. I was made feel that I was too demanding. That I was holding them back for lunch. I can’t even count how many times she talked about lunch, how many times she stood up in a brushing off way, that I really felt terrible about. No one specially for the caliber of a cliniccthey’re trying to be should be made feel that way. And after the procedure her comment that it looks good now seems to be just for me to stop asking for the dentist to re do the restoration again. Let this be a lesson, I don’t want her terminated, but just for her to know that it’s not okay, and that maybe they retrain her, how to handle patients. This is not the first DIOR branch I have an issue with 6 months ago, I came multiple times to another branch in SM Aura and she failed just as well, for six months. I can barely smile. I felt like they just want money. Period. I was not even asked for options for cleaning. This time time they just went to do the more expensive one. They’re policy of not giving the best dentist to do a restorations that only associates can do it is really terrible. It’s been one week mow and amI gave another clinic a chance to redo the work for the third time from DIOR. And they magically did it for 30 minutes. GAOC COSMETIC RESTORATIONS WAS 10 stars! I can’t even notice that it was a restored tooth. Go there instead. No questions was asked no photos of before and after of the tooth, no questions on what color was used before the Dentist in GAOC miraculously did it again in less than 30 minutes. Tbey did not have the associate inly policy. It was there top of the line doctor right away. I did multiple restorations in DIOR that I felt was not needed, in SM Aura. They even accept only cash. Such a red flag. They shaved most of my original tooth for nothing. GAOC WORKED LIKE A MAGIC. This is not to put DIOR down, but for you guys to be better. Thank you!
