Poor services specially for the seniors. You should have alternative requirements aside from authorization letter. My mother can't travel because of this covid case. I tried to present my ID to your staff indicating the name of my mother as guardian, your staff dishonored it. I tried to explain in your staff but they insisted your rules. One time my mother was trying to buy her medicine when your staff knew she is a senior citizen they told to her the medicine is NOT available, but when I asked them, your store have enough stocks which I bought the medicine completely based on the prescription. Unfair. Please do something about your requirements!
