Our family of four had a very excellent experience with them! It was a hassle-free since they had given us an option of paying and setting our appointment up in advance. When we got in their area, they just right away took our names and did their test on us. Did not even had to queue on the line. They said we had to wait up to 30 minutes for our result, so I set my timer up. I was so impressed that they told us our tests were done even before 30 minutes. Great job! Also, since my already paid 1 year old child was exempted, I asked for a refund which they gladly gave back even when I refused to send them my credit card number for safety purposes. Never thought I would have a refund...but we had it, and it was an easy process.

Detoxicare is open 24 hours, staffs are very accommodating and very kind. Their RT-PCR test for arriving passengers starts at 12:00am and the transaction was very fast. Got my results in 8 hours. Thank you so much for your service i got home early than i expected.
