The good: 1. Staff were very kind and punctual, they accommodated me even though I was a walk-in, knowing that every other clinic I called to are fully booked for the day. 2. Clinic is clean and equipment looked okay. 3. They gave me a good explanation of their diagnosis, treatment plan, and estimated costs. 4. They gave me a receipt for the consultation fee. The bad: 1. After I paid the consultation fee, I asked them if they could give me the written quotation and summary of the procedures I would need. The staff said that they cannot because that is only for clinic use. I was very confused, as I thought I'll have those summary for me to review and think about the procedures they will do to me. I was not new to any dentist visits, I contacted some clinics and they said that it's something the clinic should have given since its under the Patient's Bill or Rights (DOH Administrative Order No. 2016-0008). So I went there, did my consultation, only to receive a receipt for the consultation fee I paid and a non-writted knowledge of what the dentist said to me that I might forget since they didn't give me any written document of their service. So just be aware to those coming that they don't give it, if you will need those documents, try other clinics instead.

It was my first time here, and I was really happy with the experience. Everyone was so cheerful and friendly, it didn’t feel intimidating at all. They even use high-tech equipment, like a camera for your teeth, so you can clearly see what’s going on inside your mouth. The dentist explained everything really well, including what needs to be fixed, and they even let you decide if you want to proceed or think about it first, which I really appreciated. Big thanks to the doctor and assistant for being so patient and taking great care of me. 🥰
