Very unprofessional. They scheduled me for an appointment by 3pm only to be told that someone was ahead of me when I arrived. Come 4pm, the first patient was still not finished. I have no problem if they were still finishing a patient but I wish they had informed me that it would take more than 1 hour before I would be seen. I think the purpose of setting an appointment is to ensure that there are no overlapping patients. This is a very disappointing experience for me considering that I am not a new patient. I am not recommending this dental clinic to others.

Went there for the first time on Dec 3, 2021 because I have a toothache every time I drink cold water meaning there is a hole so I have to floss. I also had my teeth cleaned. Doc did the necessary cleaning procedures which was quite rough. When it came to flossing, I got injected with anesthesia for whatever reason which I don't usually experience with flossing. Doc flossed my tooth at the end which he said caused the toothache which I questioned because based on what I felt, the toothache was coming from the 2nd to the last tooth. Doc said he didn't move the pinpoint out of my tooth because it wasn't the one causing the toothache but the one at the end so I didn't object to it since I trusted her. I paid 2,800 pesos for the flossing of one tooth, cleaning and some miscellaneous fee. At the end of it all, my toothache still hasn't gone away every time I drink it cold. So in short, I paid for nothing. It's a bit disappointing but it's been done. Would not recommend this clinic at all
