Dentist is great. If you can spare the entire day to wait for her. The appointment system is a total shambles. It seems clients are an inconvenience. Imagine my son, 6 years old waiting in the chair but she fast tracked a “walk in” before my son who had been waiting 2 hours. Before posting this I did message the clinic but…. No response. Update. This actually happened twice. On the first occasion we had an email confirming the appointment. Because the treatment was taking several hours we made a follow up appointment for the following Saturday. My wife was early to ensure that we didn’t encounter the same misfortune as the previous week, so she arrived at 9.30am for a 10am booked appointment (despite the assistant claiming we didn’t have an appointment) only to be told the dentist won’t arrive until 11.30am. Needless to say she didn’t hang around with our 6 year old for 2 hours. Anyway, we won’t be fooled a third time and have found an alternative dentist.
