Time Delay: Our appointment was scheduled for 15:30 (consultation and cleaning), but we were accommodated at 16:13. We don’t mind waiting, but it would be appreciated if the staff could inform clients about delays instead of clients having to ask first. Lack of Complete Information: We were initially told that the price would depend on the teeth’s condition, starting at ₱1,040. Naturally, we assumed the maximum increase wouldn’t be too far from that. However, it turns out they already have fixed pricing tiers for dental cleaning: • Mild – ₱1,040 • Moderate – ₱1,830 • Severe – ₱2,280 We only discovered this at the billing section, where we ended up paying the highest tier. This is more than double the starting price. It would have been better if the full pricing breakdown was explained upfront. The dentist also did not advise what level of cleaning was needed before proceeding. My brother was confused about some dental terms, and he did clarify, but the dentist seemed a bit impatient. On a positive note, the clinic looks aesthetic, and the other staff were warm and friendly. However, the overall customer service needs improvement.
