i just have bad service in this clinic

without a word, my braces weren't fixed so I just had someone else remove them, I also noticed during monthly cleaning that at first they only fixed them when it took longer, it just got stuck, like when I had a coffee stain on my teeth, I thought it was stained by the braces glue, but he didn't fix it because when someone else cleaned for me it was removed, don't tell me like you didn't help, FYI you're paid, I paid for your service that you should have fixed, you're a doctor too, why do you talk like that, don't accept negative reviews? 🙄🙄 🤣🤣🤣 Go to a quality clinic, not here 🤪

My gf got braces here, her upper teeth were fine but the lower teeth didn't align a bit during the last adjustment. They said there was a crack but it was obvious that it wasn't because of the crack and it wasn't really even. During the contract signing, they said it was a free retainer and then suddenly they gave us 50% off. We were wrong to trust the doctor's word and didn't read the contract and we just signed. I think her eyes are blurry to say it was because of the crack in the teeth that the lower teeth weren't even. I wish you had been honest because we also consulted with other clinics and the doctor at the other clinic said it wasn't really even. It's a good thing she went through the retainer and the lower teeth were aligned. Doc, if you're just too lazy to fix it during the last adjustment, be honest. I wish you had just said that it would still be possible to go through the retainer, not the excuse you're making for not fixing it.
