My labsky Cindy was whelped here with the attentive and capable assistance of their in-house veterinarians and staff. I was sent regular updates via Viber, which was very much appreciated. Even though her previous ultrasound scans only showed 5 embryos, she ended up giving birth to 8 healthy (and surprisingly large) puppies in under three hours. I've brought my dogs to other vet clinics before, and although most of them were OK, none have compared to Consult-A-Vet in terms of great service and good value for money. Went here for an emergency wound suturing of our pet puspin. Our go-to vet was off duty on a Monday so we had no choice but to bring Boks to another clinic for the emergency procedure. Long story short, they couldn't perform the suture immediately because we had fed Boks that night & had to fast him for 6 hours prior to surgery. Surgery was done the following afternoon (21 hours later), which for me no longer constituted an emergency response from their end. Yet they charged us an addtl emergency fee 2K for that surgery and addtl fee of 5K for the tendon suture. We brought Boks to our go-to vet the following day. Another long story short, they had to remove the sutures because the wound got infected. According to our vet, there was no tendon tear at all.

If you want your dog to be well taken care of and actually be healed, move on and look for another vet that is more economical and professional. This vet will just ask you to pay a lot more for its unprofessional service. Our dog died on their watch and the hospital is negligent and unresponsive. There is no urgency on their part. Monday We brought our dog to their hospital for a follow up. The attending vet was not someone who initially checked our dog in our first visit. After the follow up, we decided to move to another vet for a service that is not offered. We then asked for a referral from the vet and the lab results. They said they will give it as soon as possible. Tuesday They are unresponsive despite asking for the feedback of the referral of the vet and lab results. They will just view the message and leave it unanswered. Later that day, we received an update and they told us that they are still waiting for an update from the vet. Wednesday 7am - we asked feedback if they can already give the needed documents 8:30am - our dog died already It was only after our dog died they sent the documents needed.
