The staff here are so nice & accommodating.You'll never hesitate to ask regarding in your concerns or anything because they will answer you with a smile in their faces. The clinic is clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place to get your health check up here 👏

The receptionist is kind, patient, and very accommodating. Serves you with smile which is tbh rare for services like this. The prices are on par with other diagnostic clinics. Place is clean and quiet. The CR is clean too. They will email you the results which I just received within the day. Kudos to the owner and staffs. Will recommend this clinic to my contacts.

I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately my experience here fell short of even basic expectations. The customer service was disappointing receptionist seemed inattentive and unresponsive to concerns, and I had to wait 3 hours to receive proper accommodation. The receptionist took 3 hours to call my life and health insurance for a stool approval. I understand that things can get busy, but clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and sadly, that was lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback encourages the management to reassess how guests are treated and take steps to improve overall service. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
