I’d like to share my wonderful experience at this premier clinic in BGC. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. My stepmom had her mammogram scheduled last week, and it was quite challenging to find parking in the area. Fortunately, one of the staff members went above and beyond to assist me. Even though the pay parking was already full, he personally talked to the guard to help me secure a parking space. He was very attentive and accommodating throughout. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same staff member also assisted my stepmom during her mammogram procedure. I mentioned that we needed to finish within 40 minutes due to another appointment, and he immediately coordinated with the partner clinic’s staff to ensure she was attended to right away, despite their busy schedule. He had such a positive Vibes and really helped ease my stress that day. I truly appreciate his effort and professionalism. Next year, we’ll definitely come back here for our executive check-up. I’ve been here three times for medical appointments and diagnostic tests. The staff is very kind and friendly, and they’ve always been punctual. You may need to follow up to schedule consultations or exams, but they are responsive on WhatsApp.
