You can find Clinica Manila inside SM Pasig Hypermarket. Just ask the guard so they can help you where to go exactly. The process is so smooth, staff/nurses are nice and the Clinic was very clean and well sanitized.

We've been here several times, just because of its proximity to our residence. The waiting time is consistently long, and the nurse station could not ascertain what time the doctors will be at the clinic. The place is small with pathways quite narrow, and thus, it is usually crowded, especially during weekends. During our most recent visit, we simply had to stand, as with a lot of other patients, because there were no available seats left. I have also observed that using an HMO with Clinica Manila almost always takes forever to be approved - when there is usually no problem when we use our HMO with other clinics. In our last 2 visits, after waiting for a while and following up multiple times, they still couldn't connect with our HMO, and thus, we just opted to pay in cash instead.

Front desk people are not open for options so that fasting time will be followed, HMO approval took very long process, to the point that you will miss your fasting limit. Prioritizing colleagues who come with papers for processing, one person in there too have very loud voice.
