“I booked an ENT appointment with this clinic for 4:00 PM, which they confirmed. When I arrived on time, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was still coming from another location and would only arrive around 5:30 PM. I also asked about the order of consultation and was told it’s on a first-come, first-served basis — which was confusing since I had a confirmed appointment. I even mentioned to the receptionist that I came on time because I respect the doctor’s schedule and was hoping the same respect would be given to patients’ time. This was already my second issue with the clinic. The first time, they canceled my appointment an hour before the schedule, citing an emergency. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and rebook, but unfortunately, the same kind of problem happened again. When my companion got upset about the situation, the receptionist simply suggested we could go to another clinic instead of trying to make things right. To make matters worse, when I tried to share my honest experience on their Facebook page, I was immediately blocked. That made me assume this isn’t the first time they’ve blocked a customer or received similar feedback — which is quite disappointing. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. I hope the management learns to value proper scheduling, communication, and professionalism. Respecting patients’ time and feedback should always be a priority in any medical service.”
