we were referred here by our first vet since Claws and Paws is closer to where we live. brought a stray kitten we rescued- for deworming, along with our adult cat for vaccination. the staff and vets there were all kind and warm towards the animals. we feel so accommodated because the overall atmosphere is light. if your furbabies needs immediate care, this clinic is highly recommended 🩷

They were good until they couldn’t address my dog’s skin issue properly. We kept on doing tests then observations for a year and still no progress. We went to a different vet and in just a month, my dog’s skin issue was solved. No tests were made, just a change of diet and one medicine that’s been taken by my dog for 2 weeks.

If I could rate 0 or negative star, I would have done it a long time ago. During pandemic, they killed my two kittens and almost killed my dog. One of the kittens was admitted to their hospital. They only diagnosed that both kittens had worms. The kitten that was admitted in their hospital was STILL ENERGETIC before she got hospitalized but when we visited her, she suddenly became WEAK and died while in their care. Both kittens tested negative on FPV but WHY DID THEY DIE??? They couldn't even explain why it happened. It seemed like their veterinarians are not even good because why can't they diagnose properly? Another case was my dog who they couldn't diagnose as well even though he couldn't properly walk and had blood in his stool. He was still fine and was still eating before he got hospitalized (same case with our kittens before) and every time we visited, he got weaker and weaker as days passed and wouldn't eat. They also don't have clear diagnosis on him and only guessed that he had distemper and is not treatable. They don't have solid proof that he has distemper so we just decided to let him home so that he would eat again and maybe he would regain his energy and strength and he gladly did with our care but with their care, the pets would get weaker and wouldn't eat. I also know someone who had a similar case with my kittens who died unexpectedly even though they were still energetic before being hospitalized. This isn't just a mere coincidence. I don't know what happens behind closed doors when they're the ones taking care of our pets, but please don't bring your pets for vet checkup or admission if you want your pets to be saved.
