We are thankful to the hospital specially to Doc Guso who assisted my injured son. We appreciate your service Doc and hopeful that you can help a lot more in the future without asking in return.

While I appreciate public service for providing for the general public, this is one of the rare moments that I truly received a bad experience. After my mom had an accidental fall, this was the nearest medical service from her home. She was given first aid and arm sling then made us go to another hospital. We asked if she can be given a painkiller as she is frail and old, her high blood is shooting due to pain which makes her wheeze and moan badly. They refused which we understood. So we just went to find another hospital. It was in the middle of the night and while Covid has subsided, they were still cases. We found a hospital where they took her xray (dislocated shoulder) and was given a painkiller shot but they cant also take her as they are full. Worried that the painkiller would run out while we are waiting for the morning and find hospitals or orthopedic doctors be available, we tried calling this hospital to plead if they can stay for few hours or have another shot when the previous shot wear off. They refused and hesistated but at the end, they accepted and asked us to come back. From Kawit we went back to this hospital but to our shock, we couldnt find any staff. At the end, they still refused and sent us away. They even hang up the phone on my sister as she was asking why we were asked to come back if they will just sent us away again. We couldve used the remaining time in going to Manila or other provinces to find available hospitals while my mom’s painkiller shot was still working. Very sad and bad experience. I hope its just an isolated case.
