Some consultants are friendly. Some are not, They are not giving instruction to the patients where they need to go. There's one consultant that sounds angry, and when you answer his question, he repeats his questions again because you answered wrong. He just needs to ask a question again with further information, so the patient can understand that question is, not repeating the question over and over again with the irritated tone. Slow service

I came here Monday afternoon for anti-rabies vaccine. The lady in admission said that I should come back the next day because I need to get a number and MDR form. She told me to come at 6am and not later because by 7am there would not be anymore numbers. So when I came back Wednesday, to get a number, I was 13 in line, the old lady who was giving out numbers asked for my ID and saw that I am not a resident of Dagupan. So she did not give me a number. I told her, I just need an anti-rabies vaccine and explained what the first lady told me to do. She replied “hindi nya siguro alam na taga San Fabian ka”. So after waiting in line for an hour, she tells me to first get a MDRF, contradicting what the first lady told me the other day. I told her it’s been almost 5 days since I got bit but she said it’s okay, because I have 14 days. So I begrudgingly went to Philhealth and got (MDRF) one, but when I came back there wasn’t any numbers anymore. So I came back today (THU) and had my MDRF ready. Now the same old lady tells me that I need to get in line again and get a number, when there is no more numbers available because the seats were already filled. How hard is it for them to help a person in need? All they needed to do was give me a number so I can queue, or at least help me since I came from far away. This is not public service, but an incompetent power play. I asked for the old lady’s name but she refused to give it to me. She is arrogant, and unhelpful!
