As a medical professional you should know how to have a therapeutic relationship with your client, sadly you don’t have that towards your patient. You don’t want your patient to explain what she is feeling, why she needs to seek consult, you only want her to answer your questions with a yes or no??!! my mother tried to explain, but you got angry and scolded her. Is that how you communicate with your patients? What kind of a doctor are you? You don’t have compassion towards your patients.
