Hi I'm Ashly started this chiropractic journey after a bad slip that caused my lumbar or lower back to have problems but thanks to ate Jerica and Rica also Dr. Maxime Castera they are very friendly and such an amazing people that guided and helped me to recover. Been feeling a lot of back pain for a few months and just after a month of regular sessions with Doc Adam (complimented with strengthening exercise), the pain has lessened immensely and I’m able to go about daily life better. Appreciate also the staff for being friendly and accommodating.

I had an accident and then felt some pain on my lower back like it really is disturbing, I cannot sleep well and have mood swings because of the continuous pain I cannot even do bending to my toes. I was consulted in this chiropractic clinic by my aunt they have really good service, nice and friendly workers, cozy place as well you may feel home upon check ups hahahaha it is a real feeling I might say for me but yea after like 4 to 5 sessions I began feeling fine like I can do bending I became more hyper like I've been before because I do not feel any of those lowback pain I have been agonazing.
