I booked an appointment last week, but they gave my slot away, claiming I didn’t “confirm.” The text I received only mentioned moving my appointment 30 minutes later due to the previous patient running over. It never said they’d cancel it or give it to someone else. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they just hand it off to someone else? They didn't even state in the text message that they will cancel my appointment. Their process is frustrating and a complete waste of time.
