Overall experience is excellent! Doctors and staff are friendly and very accommodating to us. We were so worried about our baby’s condition but gave us an assurance she can make it. Hello, I really like this clinic because the staff are very kind and very humble. Even if the waiting time is long, it’s really worth it, especially for people like us who are on a low budget. The doctor is good, and the assistant is as well. The doctor and staff are very down-to-earth.

Bad customer service Unresponsive to texts/calls Contact person hardly responds to any call/text No good communication/correspondence/briefings even in person at the clinic Dropped of our aspin at 9 am for a Spay procedure, and was told that the surgery would be done around afternoon by the assistant and that they would text if the dog is ready for pick up Our dog has fasted since 9 pm the night before as preparation for the surgery Called/texted to ask for an update by noon, but got no reply from the clinic Finally decided at 3 pm to just go back to the clinic and check up on our dog, and was surprised to find out our dog is still waiting for the surgeon We were never informed beforehand that it would take this looooong. The new on-duty assistant told us that the spay procedure would ONLY be done later in the evening The whole endeavor was a waste of our time
