Cebu Veterinary Doctors - Mandaue Branch

Thank you to all Cebu Vet Mandaue and Ramos staffs and doctors and most especially to Dr. Em for her compassion towards my puppies, Alvin and Simon, suffering from Parvo virus. They were healed and confinement days were less than a week, all thanks to their hard work and constant monitoring. They always kept me updated through constant calling and SMS with my puppies’ status like their intake and output and their overall general health and condition. Dr. Em is very knowledgable of the course of the disease and is kind enough to give us options that can lessen our expenses. During my visits, they were so empathic that they would even tell me to always come back. I felt so welcomed here at the clinic and I know my dogs did too. 10/10

So disgusting, I brought my Sassy for sanitary trim She was like a princess, and I pick her up I almost couldnt recognized her, she was look like a monkey, and wait... there so much more happening that day, I complaint and they supposedly sau sorry, I was only expecting them to say sorry, but they intimidate me to have police blotter because of what happening..😭😭😭😭 OMG dont ever bring your pet there...

The staffs are good, very accommodating and attentive. They have grooming station for the pets and they also have things to buy for the pets. In busy days like there are many walk ins and with appointments they will provide priority number to insure order within the site.
