Please consider providing a more efficient service like with other laboratories. 2 groups of OFWs were swabbed on the same day. 1st group was swabbed at 2pm and 2nd group was swabbed at 8pm but only 1st group's results were released the following day. Please imagine the frustration and dismay of the 2nd group's OFWs. They are also envious of the 1st group who are now able to enjoy time with their families whom they have longed to reunite with after so long due to the pandemic. The 2nd group of OFWs had to endure one more night of being alone and away from their families despite arriving and being swabbed on the same day as the 1st group. (The 1st and 2nd group are even on the same flight hence arriving even at the same time). Please consider hiring more staff, obtain more advanced technology, or develop a more efficient logistics in visiting the hotels of the OFWs so that you can release results within the 24-hour window. Please do not hide your inefficiencies by saying that you mentioned that results were promised within 24-48 hours. Even though you meet the 48-hour window, this kind of service is NOT acceptable. Please also setup a mobile number that actually works and has people who can answer concerns about the swab results.

if you don't intend to pay our extended stay here in the hotel, kindly released our results now. it is very uncomfortable staying only inside the room with our baby who wants to play a lot around. if you understand, thank you.

Please send our Swab result so we can go home to our family. We our spending days here in quarantine without any information when the result will come out.
