. The staffs showed no sense of urgency at all. That lazy mode is very obvious and they seemed not to care at all. Waited so long for our blood donor to be checked (one waited roughly 4 hours) and we were even told to come back next day because the the doctor who will do the physical exam was not there. The next day, we had another donor and waited 3 hours to be accommodated. . Rooms were untidy..we stayed in a ward so I should not expect so much I know but ants were crawling from the window and mosquitos were having a party. Window screens were dusty and never cleaned. . My sister's hand got badly swollen. She kept on telling the nurse that she is in pain during the flushing part but she kept on pushing the needle part so we had to ask for a different nurse to help us and transfered the needle on the other hand finally. . Medical abstract took forever to get. We.needed iy for financial help. Waited for 4 hours and by the time we had it we were told that we must pay at least until 2 pm or we will be charged for another day. True enough we were charged. . The social worker failed to mention the requirements to in order to get some help. She took the billing because she needed it but did not say that we need to bring another one to DSWD main and that there is a schedule based policy per district . Went there for nothing. Isn't it part of their job to discuss about what to do and bring? I am happy that my sister is okay now and there were a few nurses and also her doctor who were nice and approachable. But overall experience this is horrible. It only adds up to our stress!! Should improve on proper handling of patients since that is the main focus of the field.

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE!!! Family member stayed here: Very, very dirty facility; ants, and bugs. Doctor's never around and very rude staff. The lab techs literally ate ice cream and laughed while we waited 1 hour for help. Rusty equipment and dirty rooms. Broken floor tiles and of course,,, the bill was 30% higher than quoted. Rude people and no sense of urgency. No clean water/ water tastes like rust, and nursing staff continued to try to take vitals on the arm that was getting an IV!!! Very horrible place here. Avoid if at ALL POSSIBLE....

Really Bad Experience I had a terrible experience during my visit to the ER. Unfortunately, this is the only nearby hospital that accepts HMO so I didn’t have much of a choice. I’m from the province, and since it was an emergency, I had to go here. The Emergency Room was disgusting. The nurse made me use a bed that was already used by another patient without even changing the bedsheet first. You could literally see wet spots from the previous user. This wasn’t even the first time — I was admitted here in 2023 and experienced the same issue, but I let it pass back then, thinking it was just a one-time incident. Sadly, it happened again. The waiting time was extremely long, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency. When the doctor finally arrived, she only asked what I was feeling, placed a stethoscope on my back three times, and that was it. I may not have a medical background, but I know that’s not how a proper checkup should go — she didn’t even ask me to take deep breaths. The entire exam lasted barely 10 seconds. Lastly, no one did any proper medical or history check. I wanted to explain my condition further, but no one seemed available to listen. I waited for hours just to be attended to. And after all that, I was billed 13k. The only positive part of my experience was the one nurse, the medtech, and the utility staff who were kind, professional, and made an effort to help. I truly appreciate their attitude amidst an otherwise very disappointing experience.
