The doctors are very nice. Especially the IM and Pedia residents. They really teach you and help you learn. My father-in-law was brought to the emergency department and was attended and managed directly. They didnt have to pay even a single peso.

Patient Experience Review & Complaint — Regarding Abusive Nurse Treatment I was admitted to your hospital during one of the lowest and most vulnerable moments of my life — after an overdose. I came in already in pain, emotionally and physically, and I expected care, support, and professional treatment. Most of the staff treated me with compassion. They encouraged me gently to stay awake, tapped my cheek softly, and did their best to keep me stable. But one nurse — whose name I don’t know and whose actions are burned into my memory — treated me not as a patient, but as a punishment. She did not care for me. She hurt me. While drawing blood, she intentionally made the process slow and painful. She pinched me with force, not once, but several times — hard enough that I nearly bled. She pressed down on my forehead with unnecessary and extreme pressure, not to keep me awake, but to cause pain. I cried. I was terrified. She justified it as “necessary,” but it was not. Other nurses kept me conscious just fine with gentle care. She treated me as if I deserved to suffer for what I had done — as if I needed to be punished for attempting to take my life. But I didn’t come in to be judged. I came in to be saved. Her actions were not medical intervention. They were abuse. I don’t care what she thought about me personally. Her job was to uphold professional standards and show compassion, not use her position to make me feel like I deserved more pain than I was already in. This experience has stayed with me. I survived what brought me into the hospital, but what she did left a scar I still carry. This is not just a review — it’s a call for accountability. No patient, especially one in a mental health crisis, should ever be treated with violence or judgment. I hope the hospital takes complaints like this seriously and holds staff accountable for abusive actions. I may have been quiet back then, but I’m speaking now. What happened to me was wrong, and it should never happen again, especially to those people who just needed help.

Had a worst experience here when my wife giving labor to our first child, most employee in this hospital is okay but we have this worst experience to this grumpy old lady who is assigned processing a child birth certificate at the 3rd floor , she wear’s glasses but I forgot what’s her name, she is very strict and arrogant everytime you want to ask something you don’t understand on her procedure (FYI she speaks very fast) filing a child live birth certificate they hesitate to explain it to you twice so that you can understand it cleary. (She discuss it in a cold tone shows no interest to the patients concern/issue) instead of repeating it to you to understand once more, she rather choose to be rude and mock you infront of the other people . And one thing I observe to this old lady is she blames the patients everytime she out spelled the word on that form she been typing and printed already without asking you to double check it first (very unprofessional) before printing it, to avoid out spelled name’s. She Doesn’t accept accountability. She blames it on you anyway.
