I am very impressed with the quality of service at this veterinary hospital. Their team is extremely thorough with diagnostics and they take the time to explain every detail—from initial assessment to treatment options. I really appreciate how they don’t rush the process; instead, they ensure that my pet receives the most accurate and comprehensive evaluation possible. Although their services come with a cost, I can confidently say that every peso is worth it. The level of professionalism, the advanced diagnostic tools they use, and the genuine care they show toward their patients make a huge difference. You can really feel that their priority is your pet’s health and long-term well-being. Highly recommended for pet owners who want trusted, reliable, and expert veterinary care. My experience has been nothing but excellent.

We brought in our rescued dog for an emergency CS whic cost us 35,000++ With an additional charge for ligation. The vet explained that they would do a hysterectomy instead of a simple ligation thus the additional charge, we agreed and our dog was released after 2 days postOP. A few months later we noticed that our still went on heat and menstruated after. Our male dogs were fighting over her again. We tried to get an explanation but no one would talk to us.

NEVER AGAIN HERE! My cat has gingivitis/stomatitis problem. They ordered numerous and costly test only to end up 1 tooth will be extracted. They advised us 8 teeth will be extracted based on X-ray but upon checking orally, only one tooth will be extracted. So they ran a lot of costly test when they could have done an oral examination first before deciding on the lab test. Know what we paid more or less Php45,000.00 for just two days confinement and one tooth extraction. Worst experience so far, so this is a lesson learned for me to NEVER AGAIN do business with this money hungry facility.
