Went with my wife here for a pet emergency. We paid the Php 2,000 emergency fee, but no vet was present—only a 'pet nurse' who didn't seem to know what he was doing. They drew blood from our dog, but the results showed a completely different pet’s name. Total incompetence. All in all, We paid over Php 10,000+ but when we got home, I realized the packet was missing the meds I paid for. When I called, they told me to come back and get them instead of offering to deliver them, even though I live far away. The worst part? Another hospital confirmed my pet was misdiagnosed. This place will drain your money and put your pets in danger. AVOID THIS PET HOSPITAL AT ALL COST. Thank me later.

I want to share my personal experience to warn fellow pet owners about Cebu Animal Doctors Hospital, especially those desperately looking for help for their pets. I confined my dog there and paid extremely high daily fees for medications, injections, and care. Despite this, my dog showed no improvement—his condition actually worsened. Some of the treatments listed on the bill were never clearly explained or accounted for when he was discharged. What troubled me most was the lack of transparency. I was repeatedly told that my dog’s vital signs were stable, but what I saw did not reflect that at all. Money was never my concern when my dog’s life was on the line, but after days of expensive confinement, there was still no real progress. This experience left me deeply disappointed. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend this clinic to other pet owners. PLEASE BE AWARE.

We came in with my dog in a severe medical emergency, only having 5000Php as it was an emergency situation, and we could not afford any more. Thinking she was in safe hands, I thought I could relax but what they didn't tell us is that they never gave her anything that could make her condition any better, just oxygen and ice packs to cool down her high fever. She was declared to be in a critical condition. She was suffering seizures, had fecal matter with blood coming out of her anus but she was not given any medication from the vets. They said that they could only administer medicine through IV fluids, but they cannot and will not administer it without us paying a 24,700 fee upfront. My dog was in there for about an hour and a half, not receiving any medical treatment as it was locked behind a paywall. In the end, my dog died and we had to pay a fee of 5500 just for bringing her in. The only thing they did inside was a CBC, a blood parasite test, nebulizer and a few ice packs. Half of which we could do ourselves at home. The vets were under company policy, I don't blame them as they don't want to lose their jobs. The only one to blame here is their company. Whoever helped us there, I thank you for atleast assisting us, I just hoped you'd have given my dog more. I'm here to let you all know that whoever is running this is not after the health of your pet. It's your money they're going after. They don't have a sense of urgency, as the only thing that they'd be urgent for is whether or not you can spend every single penny you have just to save your pet. I didn't just lose a pet to be able to say this, I lost my best friend.
