Had a mixed experience at this vet clinic. The receptionist was unprofessional and disorganized, seemed unsure of what she was doing, which made the visit frustrating. They focus heavily on upselling services. On the other hand, the groomers are good at their work, though

Don’t ever bring your pets here. They misdiagnose with a lot of prescribed meds. I had a bad feeling on the diagnosis they gave for my pet, my dog had very minor symptoms but told me it was blood parasites. The following day I brought my pet to a reputable vet clinic, and just as I thought it was just allergies! Good thing I didn’t listen to this clinic, they have staff talking to clients who are not licensed. My pet could have gone through so much worse than allergies if I followed this Vets advise. Bad doctors and service!

The worst vet clinic ever, charging you too much without any improvement for your pet’s condition. The stuffs were also uncaring and unfriendly. They don’t have proper customer service especially the front desks (can’t even greet you or smile at you) They don’t have any sympathy towards your sick pet and would make you feel that it’s not about your pet, but it’s all about the money they can extract from you, from all those unnecessarily tests and plus they’ll prescribe too much medicines and vitamins and of course you’ll buy them in their clinic because you badly need them for your sick pet. The veterinarians are also unreliable like they don’t know what they’re saying or doing, can’t even interpret the results well. They didn’t even give me the results of the test, all they provided me was the assessment of the bills! That’s how desperate they are! The vets have different explanations that they have to Google things first, very incompetent. I took my cat to another vet clinic and I couldn’t stop comparing how terrible Cebu Animal doctor clinic is! Please if you care for your pet and money, don’t take it to this clinic! No wonder this clinic is empty. You should close because you’re not worthy.
