So far our experience has been great here at the hospital. This is already my husband's 3rd chemotherapy session. Love the rooms and nurses and especially, our doctor, Dr. Adeline Gonzales.

It was hot inside and the waiting area was like a ghost town, Many of the lights were turned off not to mention it was only 11 pm. The hallway and the main lobby was like haunted. They can be better just have make adjustments I think. The facility is there the Doctors etc. Kudos to the ER Staff by the way they were nice, friendly and professionals!

1. OPD - Urologist's clinic was supposed to start at 9am. He started seeing patients at 1pm. 2. Department of Radiology - UTZ WAB appointment at 9:15am but they served an "in patient" first. Made us wait until the END of our appointment all while the patient was in pain from holding in his pee. 3. Laboratory - Friendly staff but there was a miscommunication between the doctor's orders and their "rules" for fasting between exams. I guess do not ever go to this hospital if you're not going to be admitted because they can't milk much money from you if you're just an outpatient. If there was a rating lower than a 1 star, that's what this hospital deserves.
