Dr. Menchu is super nice and really patient. She hears me out and tackles all my worries. I learned from her that if I’m after a big glass, the lens needs to be customized. Otherwise, it won't be aligned right. She won't just hand you a frame because you feel like it. She'll actually check and measure to make sure it fits not only your face but your eyes too.
