The staffs are very generous, accommodating and considerate. I really have a bad sore throat and I am bound to Tawitawi (Layover in Zambo) that day. So I decided to look for a ENT clinic. Here I found Dr. Cases'. There was a queue in line when I got there and I only have 1hr left before my plane depart. So I talked to the staffs if I could take a chance to see Dr. Cases'. I was overwhelmed because they allowed to be first in line. I'm so grateful that even I am just a visitor in the city, they treated me as if I am from here. I went there the other day afraid that there might be a problem with my left ear. When Doc Cases checked it, there was only hair inside and he just removed it for a moment. Doc and the staff were kind. And the best part was that he didn't make me pay anymore because Doc found out that I have cancer and don't have a job right now. Sorry Doc I wasn't able to thank you very well because when you said 'Okay, this is it' I didn't get that it was okay and I didn't pay. I even asked the nurse where the cashier was. Thank you so much Doc. This clinic is very well recommended, you just have to set up an appointment because they have many patients.
