“Waiting time here could really be longer than what is advised especially if you are not in the first five of the list. Looks like there are so many staff but service is quite slow. Some doctors (as usual) may arrive late. Good they moved to a better and cleaner location. Come as early as 7AM to be served faster. Med cert costs P150.”
“I’ve had several disappointing experiences here. The nurses were rude and dismissive, even rolling their eyes when I asked about my X-ray results. The doctors always seem to be in a hurry they don’t take time to listen, explain, or even seem to care about what the patient is actually going through. When I tried to ask for more help or clarification, I was told to “just continue what I’m doing,” even though it clearly wasn’t improving my condition. One doctor even seemed more interested in his phone than in the consultation. The overall attitude here feels uncaring and unprofessional, very different from what I’ve experienced in hospitals like Makati Med. I honestly regret coming here it felt like a waste of time and effort for nothing. I really hope the management addresses the staff’s behavior and improves how they treat patients. I regret ever coming here I thought it'd be different with different doctors but Ive seen three different ones and it's always the same.”

If you’re using an HMO, please avoid this clinic. They prioritize walk-in cash patients. Additionally, some of their staff can be rude, and the ultrasound was not performed by a licensed doctor. If you’re using your HMO, expect your name to be called last—or at least near the bottom of the list.
