I want to give zero star but since no zero star we'll... we are very disappointed and frustrated with your service specially your morning nurses very slow, not accommodating, and no systematic rules at around 10am wen we arrived only 1 receptionist accommodating 200+ patients at around 1pm it become 2 receptionist calling us, we arrived today jan10 past 10am we are not worried because we booked an appointment 2 weeks prior however wen we arrived our disappointment you need to wait ur number call wen we arrived I think it's 157 and our number is 213 my mom was 75 and follow up check up only, nurses said first come first serve. You will be disappointed because that's the process was same everytime u visit that clinic sign up again. Wen I say no system they should separate the lane of señor citizen to regular lane just like ur cash payment express lane. My Mom called 4:15pm for vitals imagine from 10am to 4:15pm imagine 6 hours only to get ur vitals and another hour to wait for doctors check up around 4:30pm then we cannot get the medicine because ur pharmacy closes 5pm ur pharmacist is very attitude to say cut off no consideration even she knows that still many people waiting there turns since morning. Anyways the bottom line here my mom was the only señor left there because of the morning shift nurses play with her number and put "out" so no one call our number we wait patiently to call 213 until our turn and explained to vitals nurses that they should give consideration to all señors waiting there. I am writing these to suggest that you should be considerate to all señors just like how you treat your cash payment patient. And if we get an appointment make sure you can accommodate us and practice good service to all patients not only to your friends or someone u know. I really hope you pay attention to my suggestion for betterment of your clinic. Thank you and hoping for better and good service from your clinic 🙏🏼. God bless

I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, which was approved, only to be informed a day before that the doctor I was scheduled with was not accredited with PhilCare HMO. This is highly unacceptable, especially when such information should have been verified before confirming the appointment. Due to this, I had no choice but to reschedule, this time 8 days ahead, with another OB-Gyne who was supposedly accredited. However, this second appointment was also mishandled. I did not receive any confirmation despite multiple follow-ups via chat, email and text/calls. I just received a chat message to "wait for confirmation from Festival via email, call, or text." No one ever reached out. Finally, on the day of the appointment, I reached out again and was told to just go to the clinic an hour before the procedure, which was scheduled at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 1:00 PM, waited for 2 hours, only to find out that the second OB-Gyne—who was supposedly accredited—was not responding to calls or texts and would not be coming at all. To make matters worse, I witnessed that the clinic uses only one phone for all communication, which increases the chance of missed messages and calls. Not once did I receive an apology for all the inconvenience. Instead, I was simply told to "set another appointment next week"—with no assistance or assurance that this wouldn't happen again. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and lacking in accountability. There is also a disconnect between the Facebook Page who handles all branches inquiry and with the branch itself - Festival. I lost time, effort, and trust in this process. Given the poor communication, lack of confirmation, and zero regard for patient convenience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic or their process to others.
