Cainta Animal Clinic

Overall, a very good experience at Cainta Animal Clinic. The clinic was clean, the staff were approachable, and the vet took time to explain my pet’s condition and treatment. You can really feel their dedication to animal care.

The customer service is top notched. Unfortunately I had to pick up my cat that was spayed a couple of hours later because of personal reasons. They were very accomodating and very knowledgeable on the concerns and questions I was asking. They gave very detail instructions on how to take care of my baby after her surgery. Though it was further than where I lived. They also inform me that they do travel around and I can get my other baby spayed and don't have to travel all the way to their clinic. I highly recommend their service and it is the cheapest by far than any spayed or Neuter service with the medication.

This was my first visit, and I chose the clinic because they seemed to have good service based on their social media posts. I’m grateful for the affordable price for my cat’s leg surgery and tooth extractions, but I felt uncomfortable with the front desk’s tone, which made me feel “lucky” compared to other clients. I was also concerned about how my cat was handled post-surgery, as the wound was initially under pressure until I asked for it to be repositioned. Overall, the clinic could improve customer service and empathy toward worried pet owners, ensuring care is given respectfully regardless of a client’s financial capacity.
