Three Visits in Total: • First Visit: Everything went smoothly during my lola’s X-ray. • Second Visit: When I returned to get my lola’s results, I was told they would be ready by 3–4 PM. To be sure, I came at 4 PM, but still had to wait for more than 30 minutes. • Third Visit: This was for our housestaff’s PEME. Unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant — the person who extracted his blood was impolite and did not apologize when he was clearly uncomfortable. They missed the vein on the first attempt and maneuvered the needle while it was still inserted in his arm, which caused him pain. He even felt lightheaded afterwards, but no concern or apology was shown.
