I personally experience about their hygiene, i went for paps smear i was about to back out first assistance was very slow, the bed inside ob was wiggeling i thought im gonna fall down but the ob reliever was treated me nicely up to the HMO ( dr trinidad) the smell was horrible inside hospital i dont have a choice caz it was hard to find OB doctor's at medical city SM SJDM bulacan, lastly they posted everywhere to bring your own pen 🫣🫣🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

We went to the ER last January 7 for labor induction. They accommodated us quickly; however, the first thing I noticed was that the ER staff and nurses were not wearing gloves. Their equipment was not in good condition for a private hospital—it actually looked worse than what I have seen in a public hospital I previously went to. I was given IV fluids by a staff member who was not wearing gloves, and the equipment they used appeared very old. Aside from this, I was admitted without proper assessment. I went there for labor induction, but after 12 hours, no doctor had seen me to check or assess my condition. The nurses seemed like OJT personnel, and when asked questions, they either did not know what to say or gave misleading answers. They always said we needed to wait for the doctor before anything could be done, yet the doctor was consistently late. In the end, we became frustrated and decided to request discharge, but they refused and insisted that I wait for the doctor first. We went there for an emergency, yet there was no sense of urgency from the staff.

Bobo naman ng guard nyo jan.. Losing important others thing such as National ID..That's one of the most important ID..It's hard to get and waited too long to receive that kind of ID. What's the sense of giving room number to a visitor exchange of ID? Do action with this..We arrived from Antipolo just to visit our relatives in bulacan, we provided ID properly and yet you just lost it that easy😡😤
