I’m really grateful to Bretton Woods Veterinary Clinic & Distemper Recovery Center. When my pet got sick, I was honestly scared and didn’t know what to do, but their team guided me from day one. The vets explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and updated me without me even having to ask. You can really feel that they care—hindi sila nagmamadali, and they treat your pet gently and with patience. The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff made me feel supported the whole time. Thanks to them, my pet is finally recovering. Super thankful and highly recommended.

I am writing this to warn other bird owners about the lack of hygiene and poor service at Brettonwoods veterinary. Birds are incredibly sensitive to their environment, which makes the conditions here very concerning. Hygiene Issues: During my visit, I noticed there staff is not wearing gloves. In an avian clinic, sterilization is life or death, and I did not feel the environment was safe for my pet. I hope the clinic takes these sanitation and service issues seriously, but I cannot recommend them to other bird owners at this time.
