Borough Medical Clinics - SM Mall of Asia

This feedback is specific to their LASIK side of the house. My wife underwent a same day Z LASIK procedure through this clinic and it was a very informed process throughout. For an operation to a very vital part of your body, the staff provided every information they can give in terms of what to expect, and why only certain procedures are available to her based on the different tests and assessments. During the actual procedure, they allowed me to watch the entire operation and observed that my wife was informed to what exactly they're doing and what she can expect the moment they do it. The procedure was far from painless, but we were ready, and knew how to navigate things after the fact. I'd recommend this clinic for this procedure.

Nurses and Doctors are super nice! From calls to in person communication, they're on top. I've visited this clinic a couple times already and they never failed to answer any of my quiries and give me good service. Minus 1 star lang kasi most of the time the roll calls are really slow.

I would still go here for non-invasive and non-emergency cases na procedure because the doctors and staffs are very good skill-wise and how they approach patients however, the wait time here is not so good and that's what makes my rating a 3/5. We just come here because the facility is good and we can guarantee that we are receiving good results from the treatment. I just hope that they can organize their doctors' schedule. I know that there can be some emergency going on if the doctor on duty has a prior commitment with another medical facility but waiting half a day to just get treated in a private facility where you are paying out of pocket is not a good thing if you value your time.
